1. Shipping Destinations

Gallen Fashion ships its products worldwide. However, certain destinations may be temporarily unavailable due to logistical constraints, regulatory requirements, or carrier restrictions.

2. Order Processing

Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 1 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times range from 6 to 18 business days from the date of shipment.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • The destination country;

  • Product availability;

  • The selected carrier;

  • Customs clearance procedures;

  • Peak periods, including sales events, holidays, and promotional campaigns.

The delivery times provided are estimates only and do not constitute a contractual guarantee.

4. Free Shipping

Standard shipping is free on all orders of €100 or more.

For orders below this amount, shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

5. Order Tracking

When a tracking number is available, it will be sent to the customer by email after the order has been shipped.

Customers may track their shipment directly through the carrier’s tracking system.

6. Customs Duties and Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes, and import fees may apply according to the regulations of the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

7. Delivery Delays

As delivery times are estimates, Gallen Fashion cannot be held liable for delays resulting from:

  • Carrier-related issues;

  • Customs inspections;

  • Adverse weather conditions;

  • Strikes;

  • Any exceptional circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.

Any errors or omissions in the delivery address that result in delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels remain the customer’s responsibility.

9. Lost Parcels

In the event of a parcel being confirmed as lost by the carrier, Gallen Fashion will conduct an investigation and provide an appropriate solution based on the circumstances and applicable regulations.
